Introduction
Working
stress can be defined as some kind of physical harassment causes due to
the job duties, resources, capability of the employee and many more reasons.
The nature of work is changing at whirlwind speed. The concept of working
stress is mainly connected with the physical power of the employee. Those who’re in
highly physical condition, they try to get performance under the critical
situation and win the challenge. But if they do not have a strong mind, they
can’t win the situation and they’re suffering from working stress.

stress is mainly influencing the health condition of the employee and same
as the productivity of the organization. Stress working conditions are actually
associated with the increased absenteeism, tardiness & intentions by workers
to quit their jobs. This kind of situation may be getting high cost to the
organization for finding new workers. After recruitments, they should need training & development in the work roles. An organization should invest
more in this procedure & it’ll be influenced to the productivity. The output
between the training person & the newcomer also has a working gap. This is also influenced by the productivity of the organization. The goodwill of the
company will be a collapse in the trade market. Employees are not willing to
work in the organization. By considering those things organization should be
able to mitigate the working stress

Conclusion
Working
stress is a highly dangerous fact that can be affected to the whole organization. Perhaps
now more than ever before, job stress poses a threat to the health of workers
and in turn to the health of the organizations. Therefore organizations should
be able to mitigate this threat.

ReplyDeleteStress management is utmost important to every individual in an organization. Since this will directly impact on productivity & personal wellbeing as well, HR has to play a major role on aware the employees on managing stress in effective manner.

* Keep a journal for a week or two to identify which situations create the most stress and how you respond to them.
* Take time to recharge such as taking tea breaks, taking biological breaks, taking eye breaks etc..
* Learn how to relax
* Talk to your supervisor
* Get some support from the collogue
Totally agree with your points. In this present scenario Covid 19 pandemic has increased our work place stress more than ever. HR professionals should find ways to increase worker morale and minimize workplace stress. Adding more to the author, HR can develop wellness programs, provide fitness opportunities in order to reduce work place stress.
ReplyDeleteJob-related stress can drastically affect physical health. It often leads to erratic eating habits and lack of exercise, causing in weight problems, high blood pressure, and raised up cholesterol levels.
My point of view is that employees also can deal with the job stress in positive way, 10minuites of “personal time” and a small chat with a friend about a non-job topic will help you to refresh and positively impact on mental outlook. We should set practical and realistic standards for ourselves and others. We should not expect perfection.
According to Csikosova & Szombathyova, (2000) a major problem in preventing the work-related stress is the ignorance of employees themselves as to what exactly the stress is, what its symptoms are, what consequences it may exercise on them, what consequences it may have for the company, or what stressors can occur in the work process.

The corona pandemic has increased the workplace stress and the employees are mentally traumatized and find it so hard to thrive within the tragic circumstance.Stress paves the way for health hazards as well ,the workplace has to take measures to eradicate the stress of the employees and should try their best to establish peace of mind. These ideas are nicely portrayed by the author in a descriptive way.
