HOW TO BUILD SUCCESSFUL WORK TEAM




Introduction

A team can be defined as a group of people with interdependent tasks to work towards archive a common goal. In one team, there are various opinions, values, skills and many work experiences. So, it’s a very big challenge to bring them into one goal. The successful work team is well organized, planned and it has a strong unity with others. So, this will be very helpful to the organization to reach its objectives.

There are some steps to building a successful team

1.    *.Define the purpose – the purpose of the team should be very clear. Otherwise team members can’t understand what the organization will hope from them. Providing a clear, inspiring vision sets the foundation for successful teamwork, and helps guide the direction of the group when they face challenges and decisions.

2.   *Assemble the team - All team members must gather with streamline and there will be good communication among them. Everyone should give the support and ideas to reduce the mistakes and win the goals.

3.   * Determine the goals – This should be a short time and achievable. Break the vision into smaller, manageable goals and tasks. Members should understand the responsibility of each other and the task they have to do.

4.       *Set expectations- Each member must understand what the expectation from them is.  They should have an idea about team decisions, feedbacks and others contribution.

5.   * Monitor and review – The organization should monitor the team members work frame and review them. Group performance, Works that have to do, challenges and what is the improvement of tasks are the most important factors under this concept. At this level, Organization can get a good idea about the achievements of it.

6.     * Celebrate and reward – This will help to improve the morale of team members and the whole group. Members will motivate and they try to work hard for a good performance.

conclusion

Work the team is essential to reach the organization goals and teams can influence the whole organization. When a team is actually working as a team, everyone can win their goals. Team leaders and Task managers must encourage team members towards the end of the objectives.
